Job Description
- Coordination with the End users, consultants/contractors, and other stakeholders related to construction works.
- Prepare site assessment reports, design, BOQs (bill of quantities) & Estimates of the projects including MEP & Civil.
- Data gathering from the site to prepare tender documents for active & new projects.
- Verification of Contractors'/consultants’ invoices and variations.

- Ensure proper documentation & reports of all engineering activities.
- Supervise the construction activities on site as per the given Specifications in drawings & BOQ.
- Measure and value the actual work done on-site against WO/BOQ.
- Check & test the construction material as per the specifications
- Assist & guide the contractors about work plan, drawings detail & specifications to ensure smooth working as per drawings
- Prepare & update daily, weekly & monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with Facility Management Team, Supply chain, HK, Security & Safety for project implementation.
- AutoCAD certification and proficiency are required.
- Perform all tasks assigned by the AM Maintenance.
- Monitor project progress and highlight issues that may impact the project.
- Prepare construction schedule & ensure to meet the deadlines.
