Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client teams regarding pre-employment screening updates and data sharing.
- Schedule and manage appointments by coordinating with clinical, laboratory, radiology, and non-invasive services.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to support result interpretation and address concerns.
- Register new clients in the laboratory system, assign user rights, and allocate relevant testing locations to healthcare professional entertaining client’s candidates.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of: Number of candidates per client per month, completed and pending tests, new assessments vs. re-assessments and sample transport logs
- Ensure timely collection and secure transport of samples by coordinating with charter flight teams and internal logistics staff.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) standards for all tests.
- Ensure timely submission of all test reports and medical examination forms to designated client representatives.
- Coordinate closely with the lab team to address and resolve any test result variances or discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, quality protocols, and relevant healthcare regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage timelines effectively.
