Job Description

  • The Officer – MEAL will support the implementation of effective monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning systems. The role requires excellent analytical, documentation, and coordination skills to support data-driven decision-making and improve project performance and impact.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collect, analyze the data to assess progress against project indicators and objectives.
    • Prepare timely and high-quality monitoring and evaluation reports.
    • Create detailed data reports, dashboards, and visualizations using advanced Excel tools.
    • Draft, edit, and format high-quality documents, reports, presentations, and policy briefs.
    • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across all documentation.
    • Act as a communication bridge between management, and stakeholders.
    • Manage internal communications including email correspondence, calendar scheduling, and follow-ups.
    • Support coordination efforts for internal and external meetings, trainings, and evaluations.
    • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for MEAL documentation and data.
    • Work closely with Admin, Finance, IT, and HR departments to ensure MEAL integration.
