Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, Public Health, or a related field. • A Master’s degree is preferred and will be an advantage.
Job Description
The Officer – MEAL will support the implementation of effective monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning systems. The role requires excellent analytical, documentation, and coordination skills to support data-driven decision-making and improve project performance and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze the data to assess progress against project indicators and objectives.
- Prepare timely and high-quality monitoring and evaluation reports.
- Create detailed data reports, dashboards, and visualizations using advanced Excel tools.
- Draft, edit, and format high-quality documents, reports, presentations, and policy briefs.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across all documentation.
- Act as a communication bridge between management, and stakeholders.
- Manage internal communications including email correspondence, calendar scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Support coordination efforts for internal and external meetings, trainings, and evaluations.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for MEAL documentation and data.
- Work closely with Admin, Finance, IT, and HR departments to ensure MEAL integration.
