Job Description

• Fill patient registration forms and update data on Google Sheets regularly.
• Maintain manual and electronic documents, files, and records to ensure up-to-date information is readily available.
• Facilitate the development and practical use of data collection tools, both paper-based and app-based.
• Coordinate with the Health Management Information System (HMIS) team to address app issues and resolve data errors.
• Train program teams on HMIS usage and data entry protocols.
• Maintain up-to-date monthly program data and share it with the Program Manager.
• Refining and further managing HIV program data including data entry, cleaning, and quality assuarance.
• Coduct basic level data analysis using statistical software
• Identify data collection errors and report those to the relevant staff member as well as the program manager.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on HIV program results and findings
• Contributing to the development of research proposals and grant applications.
• Address any other tasks assigned by the Program Manager.
