Job Description

• Monitor implementation of practices by continually performing facility audits of the primary care sites.
• Follow the implementation of clinical processes and propose revisions as per the identified need
• To comprehend and monitor clinical and administrative data entry across the primary healthcare facility sites; analyze trends to improve deliverables.
• Build on analytical skills to extract relevant data to present findings, working upon them in liaison with the respective departments/services
• Assist standardization of data and practices at different facilities about diagnostics, pharmacy,y and referrals.
• Organize and conduct on-site and off-site training sessions as per the needs identified and develop understanding of the relevant standard Operating Procedure and processes amongst staff at all sites.
• Carry out regular field visits to sites whenever required.
