Job Description
- Point of contact to the end user for:
- Handle end user calls and solve problems hardware/software related remotely
- Software installation remotely
- Schedule and conduct HMIS Training of New Hiring.
- User ID creation of HMIS and Windows.
- Email creation.
- Rights assignment.
- Error correction in the stored data.
- Resolve all ERP software complaints.
- Correct human or system errors raised by different departments.
- Received all requested requisition form for all types
- Manage record of resigned/left employees.
- Manage record of newly generated email id’s.
