Job Description

  • Point of contact to the end user for:
  • Handle end user calls and solve problems hardware/software related remotely
  • Software installation remotely  
  • Schedule and conduct HMIS Training of New Hiring.
  • User ID creation of HMIS and Windows.
  • Email creation.
  • Rights assignment.
  • Error correction in the stored data.
  • Resolve all ERP software complaints.
  • Correct human or system errors raised by different departments.
  • Received all requested requisition form for all types
  • Manage record of resigned/left employees.
  • Manage record of newly generated email id’s.
