Job Description

•   Counseling parents using the parent information brochure
•   Screen babies according to the inclusion/exclusion criteria
•   Enrolment of babies and make reminder calls on the day of circumcision
•   Taking informed consent from parents/guardians
•   Data entry on forms and on google sheets
•   Provide counseling to parents about post procedure care
•   Check baby’s diaper 15 minutes after the procedure
•   Follow up call to check the baby’s well being on Day 1, Day 7 and Day 10 ·
•   Managing the helpline from 9 am to 5 pm.
•   Maintaining the stock of consumables and circumcision sets in the clinic
•   Keeping a record of the number of baby boys born, mothers counseled and those who       missed the appointments.
•   Ensuring that the clinic is clean and running smoothly.
•   Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
