Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
The coordinator – Learning & Development will be a driving force behind CHD's institutional learning and knowledge-driven influencing agenda. This role will spearhead the integration of research, evaluation, and program insights into actionable knowledge products, specifically focusing on policy briefs, research summaries, and strategic reports. The coordinator will ensure that continuous learning from CHD’s monitoring, evaluation, and research activities is rigorously captured, synthesized, and transformed into evidence that not only feeds back into program design and implementation but also informs policy dialogue and advocacy efforts. The role will also be critical in building internal capacity for evidence generation and utilization, facilitating high-level learning forums, and leading the development of influential knowledge products for diverse internal and external audiences.
