Job Description
- Maintain and update employee records (digital and hard copies) in compliance with legal requirements.
- Facilitate onboarding and induction for new hires.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc.).
- Track attendance, leave records, and maintain HR databases.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure HR policies are communicated and adhered to across the organization.
- Oversee office management and day-to-day administrative operations.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
- Handle travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for staff when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and events.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and contractors as needed.
- Any other task as assigned by the Supervisor.
