Task & Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in quality and patient safety.
Participate in Patient Safety Walk Rounds in clinical and non-clinical departments, helping to observe and report on safety practices and environments.
Support data collection and documentation for Sentinel Events and Root Cause Analysis.
Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and prepare reports for management to support service improvements.
Help perform audits and reviews of clinical and non-clinical departments against quality standards.
Qualifications

BBA or MBA in Health Management.

0-1 year of relevant experience or internship in healthcare quality improvement or patient safety is preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.
