Job Description

The HR Officer – Employee Relations is responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of employee relations. This includes addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, and possess strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances while ensuring prompt and professional resolution in accordance with organizational policies.

Conduct confidential investigations into complaints related to misconduct, harassment, or other workplace issues, and compile detailed reports on findings.

Assist in the administration and documentation of disciplinary actions and grievance hearings.

Maintain comprehensive records of all employee relations cases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection policies.

Collaborate with management to resolve workplace conflicts and promote a positive working environment.

Ensure all employee relations activities comply with applicable labor laws, internal HR policies, and regulatory standards.

Support the design and delivery of training sessions focused on workplace ethics, anti-harassment, conflict resolution, and employee conduct.

Generate regular reports and analysis on employee relations trends and issues to support decision-making and policy development.

Requirements:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

High level of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and report writing.

Sound knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and employee rights.
