Job Description

​Job Description: 

1. Review daily morbidity and mortality (M&M) shared by Electronic Medical Record (EMR) department and ensuring HoD input with respect to these cases
2. Coordinate with Chair M&M committee to ensure peer review of M&M cases
3. Organize the M&M committee meeting and share its recommendations with EDMS. 
4. Assist faculty in developing departmental policies, SOPs, guidelines and TORs as per approved format ensuring due approvals
5. Maintain central repository of all medical directorate controlled document
6. Record keeping of all types of governance meetings being held within the Medical Directorate
7. Provide a brief analysis of meeting minutes to the MD highlighting persistent or urgent issues
