Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter and update TB program data for all sites according to predefined program guidelines and timelines. Ensure completeness, consistency, and integrity of both hard copy and digital records on national software.
Monthly Data Compilation: Coordinate with field staff to compile clean, complete, and timely monthly datasets from all sites. Address missing or inconsistent entries by liaising with relevant health workers or supervisors.
Follow-up and Adherence Monitoring: Track lost to follow-up (LTFU) and coordinate with caregivers to ensure adherence to the treatment protocol. Provide support for ongoing patient follow-up documentation.
Coordination with Field Teams: Serve as the focal point for data-related communication between the central team and health workers/supervisors across sites. Ensure timely submission and verification of site-level data.
Monitoring and Evaluation Support: Assist the M&E team in data collection, analysis, and site assessments.
Inventory and Supplies Tracking: Monitor stock levels of data-related tools and materials (e.g., registers, forms) at sites and ensure timely replenishment to avoid interruptions.
Training and Capacity Building: Support basic training of health workers on data tools and reporting formats to improve data quality and consistency across sites.
Communication and Correspondence: Maintain professional and timely communication with internal teams, including follow-ups on missing data, corrections, and updates. Handle program-related data queries appropriately.
Records and Reporting: Maintain well-organized files and documentation related to program data. Prepare and submit reports and summaries as required by supervisors or the M&E team
Any other task assigned by management as per need.
