Job Description
A. Graphic Design (60%)
- Develop engaging visual content including banners, flipbooks, standees, referral slips, reports, infographics, and presentation decks (PPT).
- Create static and motion graphic content for digital and social media campaigns.
- Design within brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all assets.
- Execute bilingual designs (Urdu and English) for diverse audiences.
- Maintain and update an organized design asset library.
- Deliver print-ready files and editable source files for all design deliverables.
B. Content Creation & Digital Media (20%)
- Collaborate with program teams to brainstorm campaign ideas and digital activations.
- Support social media planning by contributing visual concepts aligned with current trends and audience insights.
- Ensure design concepts are audience-appropriate and culturally relevant, especially in the context of health communication.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving social media aesthetics and digital storytelling techniques.
C. Video Editing & Motion Graphics (20%)
- Edit and repurpose raw video footage for use across social media, presentations, and awareness sessions.
- Create basic animations, text overlays, and transitions using editing software.
- Work with tools including CapCut or DaVinci Resolve (mandatory) and Filmora or Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory).
- Optimize video content for web and mobile platforms.
Key Deliverables
- 2–3 high-quality social media post designs daily.
- Print-ready community-facing materials including banners, standees, and referral tools.
- Infographics, video clips, and edited footage for awareness campaigns.
- Editable source files and design assets submitted on a rolling basis.
- Contribution to campaign brainstorming and content planning sessions.
