Job Responsibilities:
- Once MHO is trained, conduct quality MH mass screening for Depression & Anxiety at both and community levels.
- Provide Lay counseling and Psychosocial Support to individuals & and families found with Anxiety/Depression at the facility level or community levels.
- Provide Mental Health Psychosocial Support and Lay counseling to individuals & and family crisis/disaster/emergency or Catastrophe situation.
- Maintain excellent records of client counseling progress/treatment progress.
- Establish a safe secure and positive environment for people to discuss their issues.
- Make home visits only if required.
- Conduct community mobilization activities, as required, for awareness-raising sessions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patients, conversations, referrals, etc.
- Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities.
- Attend regular staff meetings, training courses, and capacity-building sessions.
- Regular Calling up the patients for Follow-up.
- Works collaboratively and effectively within a team.
- Properly Document all the client's data, both qualitative and quantitatively including the stories.
- Report all progress and daily updates to the supervising Psychologist.
- Timely share Daily activity reports in dedicated groups, weekly and monthly report.
- Timely data entered on assigned DATA APP or any programmatic data medium.
