The District Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring health programs at the district level. The position serves as the focal point between the district health facilities, local authorities, and the head office/program management team.
Key Roles:
Ensure effective implementation of health programs across the district.
Coordinate with government health departments, hospitals, and partners.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on the progress of health interventions.
Facilitate capacity building of staff and ensure quality program delivery.
Lead emergency health response at the district level.
