Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. HR Officer/Officer to manage core HR operations, including recruitment, probation management, and employee separations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of HR processes and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and facilitating candidate selection.
  • Handle employee separations and exit formalities.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation related to recruitment, probation, and separation.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and support workforce planning.
  • Assist in conducting exit interviews and compiling feedback for management review.

Skills Required

    • Should have a strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
    • Should have Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Should be Proficient in MS Excel.
    • Should have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
