Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee operation, maintenance, and improvement of all mechanical systems (HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, AHUs, BMS, etc.) ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Supervise contractors and in-house teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with industry codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, HTM, SHTM).
• Conduct inspections, respond to emergencies, and lead corrective actions for uninterrupted facility services.
• Serve as the focal person for audits (CAP, AABB) and achievement of departmental KPIs.
• Review the Computerized Management System (CMMS) and respond to users timely.
