Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Office Administration & Coordination:
Managing physical, financial, technological, and intellectual provisions with productive inter- and intra-departmental coordination and collaboration (using HMIS and other relevant tools and systems).
- Event & Meeting Management:
Assisting Managers in planning and organizing interviews, meetings, educational and developmental trainings, including venue preparation, meeting minutes, and record-keeping practices.
- Data & Knowledge Management:
Collecting, preparing, and maintaining financial and academic data for analysis, reporting, and evaluation using MS Office, AI-driven tools, Google Tools, and digital platforms (e.g., e-learning and data management systems).
- Administrative & Academic Support:
Assisting in planning, managing, and recording financial capital/budget, SOPs and policies, student affairs, memos, and university-related administrative tasks (NUMS, IUHS, JSMU).
- Communication & Reporting:
Ensuring effective communication and troubleshooting across departments, supporting IT, LMS, and marketing-related tasks, and reporting administrative and technical challenges periodically.
Job Requirements:
- Qualification: BS - Medical Laboratory Technology
- Experience: 02-03 years of experience in a relevant field and related role
