Job Description
TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensure all personnel records are properly maintained in files and are up to date with HRIS/HMIS.
- Manage future Job Analysis and preparation of Job Descriptions/Specifications with department supervisors.
- Preparation and follow up on timely release of Payroll in coordination with relevant department while maintaining accuracy.
- Evaluate and perform recruitment and placement related activities, while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Determine workforce need and plan to facilitate the required role. Proactively follow up on vacant positions, new positions, allocation so as to avoid under-hiring/grant savings.
- Closely coordinate with teams at Islamabad/Karachi office on all HR related matters.
- Management of staff benefits structure in accordance to the grant budget and related support in budget working.
- Preparation of files/documents for any internal/external audit.
Any other work related task assigned by Supervisor.
