We are looking for Manager Pharmacy, Training, Development & Quality in our Pharmacy Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development: Design and implement annual training plans, conduct orientation, organize CPD/CPE sessions, and assess staff competencies in line with ASHP and IHHN standards.
Quality Assurance & Compliance: Lead pharmacy quality initiatives, internal audits, CAPA reporting, and ensure compliance with DRAP, JCI, USP <797>/<800>/<795>, and SHCC standards.
Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI): Develop and monitor KPIs, support medication safety initiatives, and collaborate on quality improvement projects with institutional teams.
Audit & Accreditation Readiness: Ensure pharmacy preparedness for JCI, DRAP, and HCC audits through documentation management, mock audits, and staff readiness programs.
Leadership & Coordination: Supervise training and quality staff, mentor pharmacy teams, and coordinate with operations, clinical, and satellite pharmacy leads to standardize practices.
Qualification:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) or B. Pharmacy (mandatory).
- MBA, MPhil, or MS in Quality Management, Healthcare Management, or Pharmacy (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 8–10 years in hospital pharmacy practice, including 3–5 years in supervisory or quality/training roles.

Experience with implementing JCI, WHO, or DRAP-compliant pharmacy systems is preferred.
