Job Description

TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Support timely and compliant procurement of SRH, MHPSS, IPC, and MNCH supplies, equipment, and training materials as per IPSAR work plan.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for supplies at supported health facilities in Pishin and Killa Saifullah; ensure optimal stock levels and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
  • Coordinate safe and efficient delivery of commodities (e.g., delivery kits, newborn kits, IEC materials) to target health facilities and community outreach teams.
  • Liaise with IRC, finance, admin, and program teams to align logistics with IPSAR activity timelines and donor compliance.
  • Arrange transportation, warehousing, and storage of goods in line with IPC standards, ensuring traceability and safety of medical items.
  • Ensure all procurement and logistics documents are properly maintained, verified, and reported according to IHHN and donor (IRC) requirements.
  • Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
