Job Description

·         Support the design, rollout, and refinement of the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) framework for CHD programs in alignment with strategic priorities.

·         Coordinate and manage the systematic collection, cleaning, and analysis of program data across CHD implementation sites, ensuring timeliness and completeness.

·         Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases, dashboards, and data repositories, with built-in data validation and version control mechanisms.

·         Ensure data quality assurance (DQA) through periodic audits, verification exercises, and field-based validation, applying standard protocols and checklists.

·         Apply advanced data analytics and statistical techniques (e.g., trend analysis, forecasting, regression models) to derive insights from program performance data.

·         Document and disseminate best practices, lessons learned, case studies, and success stories for internal learning and external visibility.

·         Support the design and execution of research studies, evaluations, and operational assessments, including tool development, sampling, and data analysis.

·         Facilitate the use of evaluation findings and data trends in adaptive program management, strategic planning, and resource allocation.

·         Conduct periodic process reviews and system assessments and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

·         Undertake field visits to monitor MEL implementation, troubleshoot data challenges, and strengthen feedback loops between field and central teams.

·         Perform any other MEL-related duties assigned by the Senior Manager, MEL, to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the CHD MEL system.
