DAE (Elecatical, Mechnicial, HVAC.), Technical course or professional certification preferred.
Job Description
Tasks & Accountabilities.Assist to Sr. Engineer or Supervisor in managing HMIS activities.
Receive calls and log maintenance complaints, assign jobs to technicians, and ensure timely completion the activities logged in HMIS.
Monitor and manage daily maintenance activities through the control room, including HVAC, lifts, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
Participate in implementation of Planned Preventive Maintenance.
Coordinate during emergencies such as power failure, lift breakdown, or fire alarm activation, ensuring quick and safe response.
Train and guide maintenance staff in control room procedures and reporting formats.
Shift duty working in rotational shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as per operational requirements.
7. JOB SPECTIFICATIONS:A: Academic Qualification: DAE (Electrical, Mechanicial, HVAC.
B: Professional Qualification: Technical course or professional certification preferred.
C: Work Experience: At least 3 years relevant work experience out of which 2 years in a hospital setting will be preferred.
