Education
Master’s degree in public health, Nursing, Midwifery, or Health Management (MPH preferred).
Job Description
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all project training and capacity-building activities in line with donor objectives and organizational standards.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision for managing training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, materials preparation, travel, and participant coordination to ensure smooth operations.
- Facilitate and oversee competency-based training sessions, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and national competency frameworks.
- Ensure all training and clinical activities comply with Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) and Provincial Health Department regulations.
- Provide technical input into curriculum design, clinical mentorship, and the development of learning and assessment tools to strengthen midwifery and MNCH competencies.
- Oversee the adaptation and quality assurance of training materials, simulation modules, and other learning resources.
- Coordinate the collection, analysis, and reporting of training data to inform program performance and evidence-based decision-making.
- Strengthen collaboration and communication with the Department of Health, teaching hospitals, IRC, and other implementing partners and stakeholders.
- Represent the project in technical meetings, working groups, and coordination forums at provincial and national levels.
- Ensure effective utilization of financial, human, and material resources in line with donor and institutional policies.
- Uphold safeguarding, gender equity, inclusivity, and accountability standards across all training and field operations.
- Document and disseminate lessons learned, success stories, and best practices to enhance learning, visibility, and sustainability.
