Master’s degree in public health, Health Education, Nursing, or related discipline.
Job Description
- Coordinate and oversee daily training operations at the School of Midwifery and affiliated clinical sites to ensure effective and timely implementation.
- Review and finalize trainee selection lists as per eligibility criteria, in close coordination with district staff and program management.
- Supervise and mentor tutors and clinical preceptors to ensure quality instruction, adherence to standards, and consistent application of competency-based training approaches.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Lead, Program Manager, and District Coordinators on all aspects of training planning, implementation, and monitoring.
- Support the Technical Lead in organizing and tracking competency-based training sessions, assessments, and evaluation of learning outcomes.
- Manage all logistical aspects of training, including scheduling, venue preparation, training materials, participant coordination, travel, and accommodation.
- Conduct regular supervisory and monitoring visits to classroom and clinical sites to assess training quality and trainee performance.
- Collect, verify, and consolidate attendance sheets, evaluation forms, and trainee performance data for timely and accurate reporting.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of training activities, databases, and participant documentation.
- Prepare concise progress reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement, and share updates with the Technical Lead and Program Manager.
- Facilitate coordination meetings, strengthen communication among stakeholders, and document lessons learned, success stories, and best practices.
