Job Description
- Responsible to provide administrative support to the management, handling correspondence, managing
records, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies.
- Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, as well as coordinating events and activities.
- Performing a range of administrative duties, such as preparing documents, managing databases, and assisting
with various projects.
- Ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures, particularly those related to administration.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access to
information.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with individuals at all levels in the institution, both verbally and in
writing.
- Devise and draft letters, documents and excel workbooks ensuring information is accurate and compliant with
applicable processes and protocols.
- In coordination with Human Resources and Security, undertake periodic reviews to ensure that the staff
accommodations are managed in line with the organizational policies and any related issues are brought to the
attention of the management and/or to the designated committee.
- Assist in the daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and implementing policies and
procedures.
- Perform any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor that commensurate with your knowledge and
skills.
