Job Description
Independently perform the following tasks
- Maintain anesthesia medications, supplies and equipment according to needs and schedule
- Cleans, organizes and maintains anesthesia supplies and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain patient monitoring devices.
- Daily check equipment’s and reports defective equipment and equipment malfunctions appropriately/immediately.
- Maintain established departmental policies, procedures, quality improvement, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
- Handle and store all volatile gas cylinders and related supplies
- Ensuring gas cylinders are full, functional and on hand
- Ensure all patient safety measures are implemented.
- Also provide post op patient care in recovery room.
- Perform all tasks as assigned by Head of Department.
