Job Description

  • Support in the designing, scheduling, and delivery of learning programs as guided by the supervisor (soft skills, compliance, and leadership).
  • Coordinate training logistics including venue arrangements, trainer availability, participant communication, and material preparation.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external training vendors to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Conduct pre- and post-training evaluations to assess learning effectiveness and impact.
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing training needs from departments during annual planning.
  • Support in the implementation of performance management-related learning interventions.
  • Develop monthly Learning Bulletin based on institutional priorities and employee needs.
  • Maintain a training needs database and update it regularly.
  • Support in the creation of training materials, e-learning content, and facilitation aids.
  • Coordinate internal knowledge-sharing sessions and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Assist in customizing programs for various employee levels and roles.
  • Assist in organizing development programs for high-potential employees and emerging leaders.
  • Help track individual development plans (IDPs) and follow up on progress. Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to recommend improvements.
  • Design and deliver learning sessions in LMS and maintain a proper record.
  • Maintain comprehensive training records and attendance data in HRMS or learning management systems (LMS).
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly L&D reports and dashboards.
  • Track key L&D metrics such as training hours, participation rates, and satisfaction scores.
  • Promote learning initiatives through internal communication platforms.
  • Gather participant feedback and recommend improvements for training quality and relevance.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor that commensurate with your knowledge and skills.
