Job Description
Lead
and manage all aspects of project cost control, budgeting, and contract
administration for large-scale building or healthcare projects; prepare cost
estimates, track expenditures, manage change orders, review contractor bills,
ensure compliance with contractual terms, and coordinate with project teams to
optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.
