Experience

2 years of Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in a similar role. Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, mathematics, statistics, or data science.

Job Description

1. Collect and compile data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
2. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
3. Maintain data reporting systems and databases.
4. DHIS-2 hands on experience is required to manage the MIS.
5. Generate regular reports, update dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data effectively.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely and relevant reports.
7. Monitor data quality and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
8. Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
9. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysis.

Any other task assigned by supervisor.
