Job Description
A. PATIENT CARE
- Perform complete and appropriate diagnosis on all patients, including a comprehensive examination for initial and follow up visits of imaging.
- Review and interpret reports, history, data and continually update relevant information as necessary.
- Conduct assessments and diagnostic tests to determine the cause of the symptoms.
- Conduct procedures/treatments in accordance with accepted methods and credentialing granted by IHHN.
- Facilitate related services (CT, MRI, X-ray, Ultrasound) for patients with confidentiality and privacy.
- Consult with patient's follow-up treatments; recommend post procedure care.
- Review Radiology reports CT scan & MRI etc and reporting of fluoroscopy procedures.
- Performing basic ultrasound guided procedures.
B. CLINICAL GOVERNANCE
- Ensure the allocation of appropriate time, space and workforce for all patient care processes and procedures.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources and minimize all wastage.
- Engage with other teams to facilitate high quality care.
- Assist in conducting audits and implementing the solutions for improvement.
C. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
- Regularly participates in the training activities for capacity building at the workplace.
- Guide and facilitate the colleagues in seeking knowledge and skills.
- Perform workplace-based assessment and provides feedback to the Consultant.
- Participate in research initiatives.
- Participate in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs to update the knowledge and skills.
D. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform any other task assigned by the Head of Department that is commensurate with your knowledge and skills.
