Job Description

  1. Deployment at various IHHN locations, including city-wide campuses.
  2. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, public holidays, and during major disasters.
  3. Provide patient welfare services and maintain positive patient relations as per Shariah objectives.
  4. Call patients in sequence using the electronic queue system.
  5. Conduct patient interviews strictly following departmental SOPs.
  6. Search and coordinate with porters to locate skipped patients (Inpatient, Day Care, OPD) for welfare assessment.
  7. Refer patients to outsourced services through the Patient Referral Form.
  8. Review daily patient welfare assessment reports and guide patients as per MOUs with donors/partners.
  9. Follow all instructions of the HOD, Team Lead, and Supervisor for assigned tasks.
  10. Maintain the assigned area in a clean, organized, and comfortable condition as per SOPs and supervisory directions.
  11. Review Zakat and Donation status reports daily to ensure error-free patient categorization.
