Job Description
The
Document Controller will manage, organize, and maintain all project-related
documents in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. This
includes overseeing the complete document control cycle—creation, review,
revision, approval, distribution, and secure archiving. The role requires
maintaining up-to-date records of policies, procedures, manuals, contracts,
technical documents, and quality/compliance materials, as well as managing
project documentation such as engineering drawings, tender documents, and
contractual files. The Document Controller will ensure proper version control,
timely updates, and efficient retrieval of information while coordinating with
project, facilities, and clinical teams to support seamless operations. This
position will be responsible for facilitation of documents related to audits in
coordination with all stakeholders.
