The MNCH Department is seeking a dedicated and responsible Aya to support maternal and child health services. The selected candidate will assist nursing staff, patients, and caregivers in maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
✨ Key Responsibilities
- Assist mothers, newborns, and children as instructed by the nursing staff
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient care areas
- Support patient movement, basic care, and comfort
- Handle routine tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and room preparation
- Maintain confidentiality and follow hospital/clinic protocols
🎓 Required Qualifications
- Education: Preference will be given to Middle or Matric passed candidates
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as an Aya/Attendant, especially in healthcare settings
- Ability to communicate politely and follow instructions
- Must be responsible, punctual, and patient-friendly
