Job Description
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware-related issues.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance in hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Resolve hardware-related issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime
- Communicate effectively with end users, providing updates on issue status and resolution
- Work closely with internal IT team and external departments
- Keep align with the external vendors for outsource services
