Job Description
Check patient identification and procedure before taking patient for procedure check basket as per procedure Maintain proper dress code and ensuring good housekeeping.
Report immediately to Supervisor if any items breakdown expire / damage / lost and not available.
Arrange order, anesthetics, adjuvant drugs, accessory drugs, fluids or blood products as necessary
Respond to emergency situations by providing airway management, administering emergency fluids or drugs, or using basic or advanced cardiac life support techniques
Assist to manage regional anesthetic techniques such as local, spinal, epidural, caudal, nerve blocks and intravenous blocks
Monitor patients’ responses, including skin color, pupil dilation, pulse, heart rate, blood pressure, and respiration, ventilation, or urine output, using invasive and noninvasive techniques
Assist to manage patients' airway or pulmonary status using techniques such as endotracheal intubation, mechanical ventilation, pharmacological support, respiratory therapy, and extubation
Evaluate patients’ pre Intra post-anesthesia responses, taking appropriate corrective actions or requesting consultation if complications occur
Maintain proper dress code and ensuring good housekeeping
Check anesthesia equipment eg machine monitor and require intubation set
Any other task as assigned by the supervisor
