Job Description
- Receive and hand over patients safely and carry out bedside care as assigned.
- Conduct thorough head-to-toe assessment including pain, skin, and fall risk assessment.
- Be aware of patient treatment plan and follow physician orders accurately.
- Monitor vital signs, intake/output, and systemic parameters; report abnormalities promptly.
- Assist physician during minor cardiac procedures in cath lab.
- Perform safety checks of cath lab equipment each shift.
