Job Description

• Receive patients in OPD and ensure safe handover and documentation.
  
• Complete assessment within OPD visit and reassess patient condition as required.
  
• Monitor vital signs and observe patients for any abnormal findings.
  
• Practice safe IV cannulation and therapy when required.
  
• Ensure patient safety, infection control, and fall prevention in OPD area.
