Job Description

1.       Ensure efficient ICMAH operations by doing facility inspection on daily bases

2.       Responsible to examine operational equipment’s to determine need for repairs or cleaning or replacement of equipment / tools, and makes recommendations to management.

3.       Responsible to conduct staff meetings to discuss TIH policies and user complaints and take appropriate corrective action in consultation with immediate supervisor and maintain all records.

4.       Responsible to issues supplies and equipment to faculty and maintain records and ensure the safe use.

5.       Responsible to ensure that Indus code of Behavior / confidentiality of sensitive issues is strictly followed and code of conduct breach will result serious disciplinary action.

6.       Responsible to ensure that the assigned facility is clean and properly maintained

7.       Maintain all student Portfolio; having complete student personal file / record

8.       Correspond with affiliating institutes regarding all academic matters

9.       Coordinate departmental information, issues, and processes and serve as college liaison with various departments.

10.   Manage physical plant matters for the college, including redesign, repair and renovations, environmental health and safety issues, cleaning services, and emergency response.

11.   Compiles and maintains graduate student and faculty records and databases

12.   Review college internal operating and administrative procedures and implement changes to improve efficiency

13.   Schedule/conduct meetings of faculty/staff advisors for the purpose of updating information and procedures.

14.   Work with the College Principal on the numerous student record Registrar deadlines associated with commencement of each semester.

15.   Handle staff / student complaints, behavioral or attitude problems or if any staff require counselling in coordination with concerned HOD

16.   Any other task assigned by the Head of Department.
