Job Description

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
  • Ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures, particularly those related to administration.
  • Organizing and managing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with individuals at all levels in the institution, both verbally and in writing.
  • Actively participate in expanding the new services in administrative aspects.
  • Devise and draft letters, documents and excel workbooks ensuring information is accurate and compliant with applicable processes and protocols.
  • In coordination with Human Resources and Security, undertake periodic reviews to ensure that the staff accommodations are managed in line with the organizational policies and any related issues are brought to the attention of the management and/or to the designated committee.
  • Preparing reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to the management.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor that commensurate with your knowledge and skills.
