Job Description
- Comfortable using HR systems to manage compensation and benefits data.
- Ensure adherence with the HR authorities, matrix and ensuring compliance thereof.
- Responsible for the issuance of acceptance of resignation, clearance and exit process documentations.
- Support in generating and maintaining required reports in timely manners for the management, audits and regulatory purposes such as attendance, headcount, separation, takaful covered employees etc.
- Maintain accurate employees records and proper documentation with an assurance of confidentiality.
- Ensure documentation and record-keeping comply with internal /external audits and QMS standards.
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws and organization policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Maintain tracking sheets and databases related to Compensation & Benefits activities.
- perform any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor that commensurate with your knowledge and skills.
