Job Description

  • Comfortable using HR systems to manage compensation and benefits data.
  • Ensure adherence with the HR authorities, matrix and ensuring compliance thereof.
  • Responsible for the issuance of acceptance of resignation, clearance and exit process documentations.
  • Support in generating and maintaining required reports in timely manners for the management, audits and regulatory purposes such as attendance, headcount, separation, takaful covered employees etc.
  • Maintain accurate employees records and proper documentation with an assurance of confidentiality.
  • Ensure documentation and record-keeping comply with internal /external audits and QMS standards.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws and organization policies related to compensation and benefits.
  • Maintain tracking sheets and databases related to Compensation & Benefits activities.
  • perform any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor that commensurate with your knowledge and skills.
