Job Requirements:
1. Administrative & Documentation Management
Prepare, format, manage, and circulate SOPs and policies; handle correspondence, memos, circulars, interview scheduling, meeting coordination, venue bookings, and provide comprehensive administrative support to laboratory faculty and managers, including audit support.
2. LIS, HMIS & IT Support
Provide troubleshooting and end-user support for LIS/HMIS and IT-related issues; manage LIS complaint module, track complaints to closure; perform manual result entry (CBC, fluids, etc.); gather user requirements for software changes; conduct software validations and maintain validation reports.
3. Data Management, Reporting & Excel-Based Analysis
Extract, analyze, and compile laboratory data including TAT reports, LIS complaint logs, ER porter dispatching, CREW, and notifiable diseases; ensure accurate data maintenance and timely sharing of monthly and quarterly reports with stakeholders.
4. Access Control, Rosters & HR Coordination
Grant and manage biometric access for lab staff; maintain biometric records and system troubleshooting; assist managers with employee rosters, leave management in coordination with HR.
5. Financial, Inventory & Stakeholder Coordination
Prepare and obtain approvals for off-campus monthly invoices with Finance; conduct quarterly review of test directory; manage sectional HMIS inventory books in coordination with QMD and master lists; maintain strong coordination with clinical and service units.
Qualifications & Experience

Education: BBA / MBA

Experience: 03-04 years of relevant experience in a healthcare or clinical laboratory
