Role & Responsibility:
The Senior Manager – Safety & Security will lead and manage all safety and security functions of the hospital to ensure a secure, safe, and compliant healthcare environment. The role focuses on protecting patients, visitors, staff, and hospital assets through effective security operations, emergency preparedness, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement of safety standards in line with healthcare regulations.
Qualification & Experience:
•Master’s Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
•12–15 years of progressive experience in Safety & Security Administration and Management.
•Proven experience in Hospital, Industrial Establishment, Armed Forces, or Law Enforcement.
•Preferably Retired Army Commissioned Officer (Captain & Above Ranks).
•Hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, Incident Handling, and Case Investigation.
•Strong leadership, crisis management, and decision-making skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Urdu.
•Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented professional.
