Job Description

  • Coordinates work activities among departments and attend meetings in the absence of HOD.
  • Evaluates records to forecast department personnel requirements and recommend staff for appointment hiring and promotion.
  • To assign workers their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
  • Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and takes corrective action.
  • Conducts orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures and demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment.
  • Makes recommendation to improve housekeeping service and ensure more efficient operations.
  • Perform all tasks assign by HOD.
