Job Description

  1. Comfortable using HR systems to manage compensation and benefits data.
  2. Ensure adherence with the HR authorities, matrix and ensuring compliance thereof.
  3. Responsible for the issuance of acceptance of resignation, clearance and exit process documentations.
  4. Support in generating and maintaining required reports in timely manners for the management, audits and regulatory purposes such as attendance, headcount, separation, takaful covered employees etc.
  5. Maintain accurate employees records and proper documentation with an assurance of confidentiality.
  6. Ensure documentation and record-keeping comply with internal /external audits and QMS standards.
  7. Ensure compliance with statutory laws and organization policies related to compensation and benefits.
  8. Maintain tracking sheets and databases related to Compensation & Benefits activities.
  9. perform any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor that commensurate with your knowledge and skills.
