Responsible for safe and efficient operation of Chillers, Cooling Tower, Condenser and chilled water pumps, during shifts, to maintain trouble free air-conditioning services in the buildings
Specifically, you will be responsible to:
- Operation of chillers and other associated equipment to maintain trouble free service for building air conditioning.
- Monitor and maintain Chemical Dosing of Condenser water to prevent rusting of piping etc.
- Ensure housekeeping of Plant room and Cooling Tower to maintain neat and tidy environment for equipment.
- Record of all required parameters for chillers and other associated equipment in the log book to maintain operational history of equipment.
- Record all required information on Job activity to maintain history and other relevant data in Facilities and Equipment Management System.
- Inspect and observe assigned Equipment / Services to minimize breakdown and to meet user’s needs.
Requirements
Secondary School Mandatory.
Certificate course in Chillers preferred.
2-4 years of related work experience.
