Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

·         Ensure effective, efficient, and timely implementation of project activities in line with approved objectives, targets, and work plans.

·         Coordinate closely with relevant government departments, district authorities, and key stakeholders, and facilitate access to technical expertise as required.

·         Develop, implement, and monitor activity plans.

·         Supervise and support facility-based staff to achieve project targets and maintain service quality.

·         Conduct routine monitoring of project deliverables, indicators, and documentation, including data collection from health facilities and relevant government departments.

·          Compile, analyze, and present project data and progress updates in an organized and timely manner to support decision-making.

·         Provide technical support and backstopping to project teams and facility-based staff to strengthen implementation and reporting quality.

·         Support the preparation of high-quality donor reports, narrative updates, and other periodic reports.

·         Ensure complete and accurate project documentation and contribute to project visibility and communication initiatives.

·          Ensure compliance with project guidelines, policies, and standard operating procedures, particularly within the Tele Health Services initiative.

·         Provide regular updates and feedback to the Program Manager on program performance, monitoring findings, and communication activities.

·          Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor in support of project objectives.
