Job Description
The BMS Supervisor oversees the critical Building Management Systems (BMS) that includes controls of HVAC, BMS
equipment's, alarms, lighting, energy system to ensure optimal efficiency and safety for a hospital environment in
compliance with IHHN and/or local bodies codes and safety regulations.
- Planning, executing, and managing the entire BMS projects, including scope definition, budget control, and
meeting milestones.
- Lead, train, and mentor BMS technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, roaster management and
ensuring a safe work environment.
- Performing diagnostic checks, fault finding, and rectifying issues within BMS equipment and associated
hardware.
- Promptly responding to system alarms and faults, investigating the root causes, and taking appropriate
resolution or escalation actions.
- Plan and oversee the execution of planned preventative maintenance, routine, and reactive maintenance on
all systems, equipment, and within the hospital.
- Ensuring all project activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and maintaining
detailed project documentation like as-built drawings and test reports.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.
