Coordinate payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
Address employee queries related to salary, benefits, statutory deductions, and insurance coverage.
Support HR audits and maintain accurate compensation and benefits documentation.
Manage grading systems, annual increments, and appraisal review cycles.
Manage registration and monthly contributions of Employees' Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI).
Handle compliance, registration, and documentation with SESSI, PESSI, BESSI where applicable.
Manage employee Health Takaful policies including enrollments, deletions, additions of dependents, and claims coordination.
Administer Life Takaful coverage for employees, ensuring accurate coverage records and premium reconciliation.
Liaise with insurance/takaful providers for policy renewals, negotiations, and claims processing.
Maintain updated records of all insurance benefits and provide guidance to employees regarding coverage and claims procedures.
